When you use PinPilot, we collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and website URLs you analyze. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send you technical notices, and respond to your comments and questions.
When you analyze a website using PinPilot, we fetch publicly accessible pages of that website to identify content opportunities. We do not store the full content of analyzed pages — only metadata used to generate content suggestions.
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@otterpin.com.
